How quickly can we go live?

If we have photos of your property and all of the necessary information from the landlord (including but not limited to: government ID, completed House Manual, and listing deposit), your listing can be live in 48 hours or less. If you have planned your photography, it may take up to 72 hours for the photographer to edit and provide the final images, following which the listing will be published within 48 hours.

Due to their distinct approval procedures, listings for channels other than Airbnb can take up to 24-48 hours for approval.

What exactly does your housekeeping service entail?

In addition to making the beds and replenishing supplies of toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar, and even olive oil, Hosta's professionally trained housekeepers will perform a complete service clean of your home. We promise that when we're through with your house, your guests will give you a five-star review.

Are there any other fees?

Additional fees a landlord may be responsible for include, but are not limited to:
1. Housekeeping services arranged following a landlord's stay at the property.
2. Any maintenance performed, such as granting access to a third-party maintenance firm or delivering required products to the property during a guest's stay.

What is the standard management fee for Hosta?

The management fee charged by Hosta varies depending on the type of property we manage, the revenue potential of the property, and the volume of properties under negotiation. Management fees are individually agreed upon with each host. Tell us about your property, and our Account Management team will contact you to answer any questions.

How do you handle visitor property damage?

Our Housekeeping team is trained to spot any evident and significant damage to your house and report it to our Account Management team. Next, depending on the severity of the damage, we proceed on a case-by-case basis. Nonetheless, we always recommend that hosts expect some minor wear and tear. You will be advised by our team to look into short-term rental insurance solutions if your property exceeds 3M USD. Furthermore, Hosta requests that all of our landlords keep their valuables locked up.
